Licensing Relative or Kinship Foster Family Homes Final Rule

On September 28, the Administration for Children and Families (ACF) published a final regulation and two notices of proposed regulations (NPRMs) in the Federal Register. The Children’s Bureau (CB) will hold a separate information session on each rulemaking for state and tribal title IV-E agencies and the public at the following date and times. An Information Memorandum for each rulemaking is also available below.
